Kitchen Printers

This page allows you to configure your printers. You can have a total of 10 printers connected to your Geidea POS system. Each printer can be placed at a designated area, say kitchen, bar, desserts corner, etc. Order items will then be sent to their assigned area. This means that food items will be sent to the kitchen, drinks to the bar, desserts to the desserts corner, etc. For more details, check Item Lists.

Note: The page contains 10 identical printer slots. The same steps will apply for each printer added.

To add a printer, do the following:

1. Choose your printer model from the list.
2. Choose your preferred language from the list.
3. Click Configure to enter the printer details.
4. Click Connect to connect the printer.
5. Click Test to confirm that the printer is working as intended.
6. When done, click Restart.
