Inventory Operation: Transfer

Transfer is one of the available inventory operations in Geidea POS. Simply put, it is the process of moving inventory from one location to another. Think moving 10 Kg of your 50 Kg of tomatoes from your storage to one of your stores.

Note: You can use Transfer to move inventory from one location to another while both locations are in the same legal entity.

Create a New Transfer

1. Under Inventory, click Transfers.
2. The transfer table will open.
   
3. Click New Transfer.
4. Provide the needed information at the top.
5. Choose the inventory items to get moved, using the drop-down lists.
6. Click Save or Save and Apply.
