Install POS Android Application

This page explains how to install Geidea POS applications on your systems and start working.

Note: Geidea POS works on both; Windows and Android. 

Installing and Logging into Geidea POS Android App

1. Download the Geidea POS terminal application from the Android Store.
2. Run the Geidea POS app.
3. When prompted, enter the following information:
   
   • Choose your country, then enter your Tenant Link and credentials.
     
     
   • Specify the store to which this device will be connected to.
     
   • Specify the terminal name:

     
     TIP: You can enter a new name or select a name from the provided list of registered POS terminals. If you select one of the existing terminals, it will log you in and ‘kick’ the other device. Please use this option with caution.

   • Select terminal mode: Terminal or Self-Service
     

4. You will login.

Note: each POS terminal shares the same Active Orders screen, and if a customer makes an order using Geidea POS Mobile application, the order can be immediately processed on any POS terminal.
